Bone Density Testing

A bone mineral density test is the best way to check your bone health. To keep bones strong, eat a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D, exercise and do not smoke. If needed, medicines can also help.

Endometrial Ablation

Endometrial Ablation is a safe, simple procedure that’s been proven to help control heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia) without any need for hormones or a hysterectomy. Speak with our physicians today to learn more about the ablation procedure.

Abnormal PAP Evaluation and Treatment

Our physicians can find abnormal, precancerous, cells by doing a PAP test - examining cells from the cervix under a microscope. When a PAP test shows abnormal cells or changes, our physicians may perform a Colposcopy - a microscopic exam of the cervix using a colposcope and, if necessary, a LEEP (Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure) - a therapeutic surgical procedure performed on the cervix to remove certain abnormal cells. By getting regular Pap tests and pelvic exams you can find and treat changing cells before they turn into cancer.

4D Ultrasound

4D Ultrasound

The cutting-edge 4D ultrasound technology, combined with the correct positioning of your baby, will allow you to see a yawn, a blink, finger movements and more, with far more detail and definition than any other imaging process available. We offer this service for your entertainment only. It holds no diagnostic purpose, and does not replace obstetrical care provided by your doctor. Insurance does not cover the cost of 4D Ultrasounds.

Infertility Services

Infertility is the inability of a couple to become pregnant (regardless of cause) after 1 year of unprotected sexual intercourse (using no birth control methods). Infertility affects about 6.1 million people in the United States, about 10% of men and women of reproductive age. Infertility affects men and women equally. Most infertility cases (85-90%) are treated with medication or surgery.

Our physicians are able to perform patient infertility testing and treatment such as:
• Blood work and semen testing
• HSG (Hysterosalpingogram)
• Exploratory Laparoscopy
• Ovulatory medication
• Follicle tracking by ultrasound
• Artificial insemination

HPV Vaccination

HPV is a very common virus. Some types of HPV are sexually transmitted, which can cause cervical cancer and other types of cancer, as well as genital warts.

The vaccine currently available, Gardasil, protects against 2 types of HPV that cause about 70% of cervical cancers, and 2 other types that cause 90% of genital warts. It is given as a series of 3 shots over the course of 6 months. Other HPV vaccines are also being tested.

Screening, however, will still be an important part of cervical cancer prevention, even in people who have been vaccinated.
